Dr. Nabeel Shabout leads North Tarrant Surgical & Aesthetics offices in Fort Worth Alliance and Argyle. Dr. Shabout has served the surgical needs of Fort Worth, Keller, Argyle, and the surrounding communities for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabout is a Board Certified Surgeon and uses the revolutionary da Vinci robotics surgical system to achieve optimal accuracy and precision during minimally invasive robotic surgery.
These procedures include surgery for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, hernia repair, colon surgery, gallbladder, and more. Brooke Boyd
Director of Esthetics & Licensed Esthetician
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Angelo State University before pursuing her passion for skincare at the Texas College of Cosmetology, where she obtained her Texas Esthetician License. With over five years of hands-on experience, she has built a career dedicated to helping patients feel confident, cared for, and radiant.
As Director of Esthetics at North Tarrant Surgical & Aesthetics, Brooke combines her expertise in advanced skincare treatments with her love for patient care, ensuring every visit is both effective and enjoyable. She specializes in Hydrafacial and Microneedling, two of her favorite treatments for delivering glowing, healthy skin.
Brooke is passionate about guiding patients on their skincare journeys, educating them on proper care, and tailoring each treatment to their unique needs. She leads with warmth, attention to detail, and a dedication to results, creating a welcoming environment where patients can relax and leave feeling their best.
Outside the office, Brooke enjoys workout classes, shopping, traveling, and watching football with her husband—Go Patriots!
Vanessa Sanders
Certified Medical Assistant
Vanessa is a Certified Medical Assistant at North Tarrant Surgical & Aesthetics, where she combines her clinical skills with a genuine heart for patient care. She assists with procedures, scheduling, and daily operations, always striving to make each visit as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Patients appreciate her approachable nature and the way she takes time to ensure they feel cared for and supported. Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Vanessa's long-term goal is to become a nurse midwife, a path inspired by her own life-changing experience with midwifery care.
Outside the office, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her five children, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with friends, and embracing life's everyday joys.
Haley Boudreaux
Office Manager
Haley brings over 20 years of administrative experience and a warm, welcoming spirit to her role as Practice Manager at North Tarrant Surgical & Aesthetics. She began her career supporting executives at Acme Brick, where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills.
After stepping away from the corporate world to raise her daughter, Haley returned to the workforce in 2024, joining NTSA as a part-time receptionist. Her natural leadership, attention to detail, and passion for patient care quickly earned her a promotion to Practice Manager.
In her role, Haley makes sure the practice runs seamlessly while creating a space where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. She also loves encouraging and supporting the team, helping to maintain an environment that feels both professional and friendly.
Outside the office, Haley enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends, daughters and sweet grandbaby.
